Wow! You're actually making me crave a salad. Haven't done that in years!
I hate salad sadly. :-( My go-to lunch at the moment is wholemeal pitta with peppers, spinach, red onion and feta cheese. Delicious AND relatively healthy!
I love green salads are so tasty and makes you feel full of energy :)
I'm going to start again with controlling breakfast & lunch, but convincing myself I like exercise is something I'm trying to conquer.
