I do drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day, but there isn't much caffeine in green tea. It sounds like your body may just be going through withdrawl of sugar / caffeine. I could be completely exhausted (my baby doesn't allow me to sleep much), and as I drag my butt to my fitness class I dread it.
